What We Treat

Endodontic Services

Specialist care focused on saving your natural teeth — from routine root canal therapy to complex microsurgery.

How It Starts

From Cavity to Infection

Decay starts at the surface and works inward — through enamel, into dentin, and eventually reaching the pulp (the nerve and blood supply at the tooth's core). Once bacteria reach the pulp, infection and pressure build, causing the pain patients feel before they seek care.

Without treatment, infection spreads to the bone at the root tip, forming an abscess. Root canal therapy stops this — and relieves the pain.

Will it hurt?

The infection is what hurts — not the treatment. With modern anaesthesia, most patients compare it to getting a filling. Dr. Dhaliwal ensures you're fully comfortable before starting.

What We Treat

Illustration of root canal therapy procedure

When decay or trauma reaches the nerve, root canal therapy removes the infection, cleans the canals, and seals the tooth. Most patients are surprised — it feels no worse than a filling, and you leave with the pain gone.

Technology Used

Rotary instruments and surgical microscopy for thorough, precise cleaning.

Common Indications

  • Toothache or throbbing pain
  • Sensitivity to hot or cold
  • Swelling or abscess
  • Tooth darkening

Surgical Operating Microscope

Up to 25× magnification for precise diagnosis, treatment, and microsurgical procedures.

Nickel-Titanium Rotary Instruments

Flexible, efficient instrumentation for thorough cleaning of complex and curved canal systems.
